Why Is This Boy Slapping Me On The Butt And What Should I Do About It?

Hi,
I am 14 years old turning 15 in a month and I am in year 9. Throughout the year this boy in my class had been slapping me on the butt outside of class in the playground, sometimes in class and in the change rooms during sport. I am straight which he knows, and did have a girlfriend quite recently. He used to have a girlfriend not long ago as well and I can't imagine him being gay. Even though some of the other guys call me names such as babe and gay none of them slap me on the butt except for that one guy. Also he is 15 and in my year 9 class too. I don't know if he is bi, gay or straight. I feel like I need to say something to him but I have no clue what it is I should say or ask. By the way he isn't the nicest person in my class either. He isn't very well behaved most of the time and he is a bully especially to me. He calls me things, takes my stuff and is just plain rude usually in front of his friends. When he slaps me he tends to say things like "you like that don't you", "your a babe", "I would go out with you", you have a nice soft ass" and loads of other stuff just like those. Is it normal that he is slapping me on the butt? I don't know whether he is being serious or just a complete idiot. Please help me!

Ratter.....LOL.....most of my comments on AB are described as stupid at some time or another.

However: he is NOT a man as he is a boy of 14years of age......these things happen at school.

He says he is straight, so why do some other boys call him gay?

I think that whiskeyron may be onto something.

I disagree with Squad. May be a wind up but this unwanted attention definitely constitutes bullying and if not stopped the boy in question could even end up on the sexual offenders register. Tell you teacher who is legally bound to have a word with him.

It doesn't matter why he does it, if you don't want him to then tell him to stop and if that doesn't work go to your teacher or school counsellor.
