I know this benefit cheat who claims they have a bad back and cannot walk. They are on the sick. But whenever a holiday is on the horizon, or recently a wedding, the pain suddenly eases. The person was even dancing at a wedding recently. The person never gets out of the bed; all it does all is smoke, drink, and watch TV, so it'd be hard to prove this when I shop them.
Any ideas?
P.S. This person is nasty piece of work, by the way. I don't make a habit of this.
People suffering chronic illness can have periods of remission. The tests for incapacity benefit, if that's what they're claiming, are very strict. Leave well enough alone.
