We had a mail from this company say they had been unable to deliver a parcel. It said to download the parcel label which we did not do just felt there was something dodgy. There was no card thro the letterbox saying they ha tried to deliver a parcel. I Googled to if they had a website and looked at their parcel tracking site entered a reference No. that wasin the Mail but it then asked for y computer Use and Password which obviously I did not. We are not expecting any parcel so wondered if his was another scan, has anyone else had such a mail

It sounds a bit dodgy, although I don't know how they could get any money or info from you this way. I'm sure they'd have left a card if they'd tried to deliver a parcel. I'd just delete and forget it.
Very common scam. 99.9% certain to be a scam in your case. Do not download. I bet the email didn't even call you by your name
"download the parcel label" means opening an attachment and if you do so your computer becomes infected with a virus.
There are loads of these scams about. Just delete.
Yes, a scam, if you google Dpd parcel delivery scam loads of entries. One on genuine site explains what they will never do in contacting a customer.
If it's an email then yes, it's a scam. If you have ordered something and the company are using DPD to deliver it, the company will send you a link to the DPD website where you can track your delivery - it's a very good system. If you've just been sent an email saying "we tried to deliver your parcel" then ignore it like the plague - particularly if you're not expecting any such parcel! Just delete it.
