Shelley a 19th century romantic poet

Working on the assumption that it's '19th century' in the middle, how about BLANK, a 19th century romantic poet?

Literature's not my strong point, so all I can come up with is Shelley or Southey. I'm fairly sure Shelley is considered an RP - not so sure about Southey, but didn't he hang around with Wordsworth, who was an RP?

I've been thinking on no 5

The only thing that keeps coming to mind is something like

Oily Fish is Omega 3 ????

But i can't get anything to fit the R.Maybe someone else can come up with something.

The R could be 'rich' i.e. Oily fish is omega 3 rich? I like it :o)
