Ipad Problem ...

My Apple is showing a note that the ipad is not backed up, it does this occasionally and by tapping OK it clears and I just go on working with it.

This time the sign will not clear and the whole thing seems jammed, I can't do anything with it and would appreciate some help, please

Try a reboot...Hold the top button and the Home button for 20/30 seconds till the white apple appears.

If you don't want to backup your iPad, go to Settings/icloud/storage & backup. Go down to iCloud backup and turn it off (no green showing)

thanks guys I think the reboot will be the way to go but .. jomlett .. where do i find the two buttons please ??

The button at the side of your screen (circular with white square on) and the slim rectangular one on the opposite edge of the ipad.

Hi jo....ok the 'white' one I have, but the rectangular one ..is that the one used to shut down the ipad ??

Yep. If you have your left thumb on the round one, the slim one is on the lower right edge of the ipad
