What is a Part 7 Claim form, what's it for, who from?
See Civil Procedure Rules part 22.2 and 22.4.

The Claim form remains valid unless struck out, but cannot be relied on as evidence of matters set out in it. It can be struck out, but equally the Court may ask the Claimant to verify it.
Boxtops - a P7 claim form is one of the ways in which legal proceedings are started (in fact it is the most usual way).
claims under £10k have now to be started through MCOL
which is a computer site

and I have to say I wondered how I was gonna sign
but whacked it off anyway with of course my £100 court fee
