We went to Florida when my 12 year old was 8 months. If you can be laid back about it go. Your little boy wont remember most of it but you will enjoy the memories of him. Its not all big roller coasters but you do have a child swap facility to make it easier for you both to go on the bigger rides. Orlando is extremely child friendly. Go for it and enjoy.
