I used to be very good at self-motivation when I was self-employed. Since I retired I can't be %rsed to do anything except watch TV and read. Any of you ever feel like this? And is there an antidote?

I think there is a post employment depression, cantbebothereditis. sometimes it improves sometimes it just doesn't, antidote, who knows :)
