Changing Taxation Class.

My friend has a Disabled tax disc but now needs to change it back to a normal one.How does she go about this?

I thought that all tax discs were soon to be abolished? Maybe I 've got that totally wrong.

They are but one still has to pay each year,with a Disabled disc my friend does not have to pay ..but now it is no longer needed(husband passed away),she needs to change it back to Private. ...and pay,of course

Janbee - tax DISCS will be abolished but you'll still have to tax a vehicle.
