ive been looking for decent cheap deals to gran canaria ( will even consider turkey, greece,mexico dominica ) if we get right deal.

As Bednobs says, it`s half term. You are less likely to get a good deal then. And even if it is not UK half term it will be half term in other countries so places will be dearer. I don`t do packages but someone told me that Kayak is quite good.
