Do you mean the Czech Republic or Slovakia? The answer to your ACTUAL question is no, because Czechoslovakia no longer exists.

If I bought gift vouchers for a colleague who is moving there, could they have stuff delivered?
Leaving aside the fact that Czechoslovakia no longer exists, I believe that it does operate in both Slovakia and the Czech Republic
Amazon has no websites in Czech or Slovak. (i.e.there's no Amazon.cz or Amazon.sk).

However people in the Czech Republic and Slovakia can, and do, buy from Amazon's website in Germany:
http://www.amazon.de

You'll really annoy a citizen of either country if you refer to them as living in Czechoslovakia, since that country hasn't existed for over 20 years. (It's akin to calling a member of the Scottish National Party 'English!).
