What Would You Have Done?.........
72 Answers
At about 3.30 I answered the door to a man claiming to be a doctor. He told me he had just visited a neighbour and now his car would not start. He had called recovery but they said they were inundated and would be at least 1½ hours. He also said he had 3 more house calls to make. One of them being a woman receiving palliative care who was really needing her morphine shot. When I asked why he was telling me this he said "I'm told that is your car and I would like to borrow it for a couple of hours" he went on to say he would leave his car keys with me for when the breakdown people came. So what would you have done?
I will tell you what I did if and when I receive any answers.

I let a conman into the house and then when it became obvious what was going on - ( demand of £500 to pay 'a fine' ) - I then had the problem of 'how do I get him out of here without breaking the place up or breaking me up ? '
I also thought: 'you have done this to yourself. You have no one to blame but yourself if this goes horribly wrong. '
