I think the insurance company would require evidence that out of all the houses in your area the Penguin deliberately chose your frying pan. They would also try to prove that you left the window open knowing that there was a strong possibility there was an egg laying Penguin in the immediate vicinity. Further they would strongly contest that you had impaled your manhood on a foreign imported replica of the awful tower & would suggest that you were trying to hide the fact that the said ornament was in fact safely implanted up your rear passage.
