Chocolate Biscuit Cake

Just come back off holiday and we had the most amazing chocolate biscuit cake which I now want to try and make. There are loads of recipes on line but I can't find one with just biscuits and pistachios which was what we had on hols. It also had tequila in! Anyone got a simple recipe that I could adapt; found loads online but not with alcohol so I don't know when it should be added. TIA!

where did you eat it? If you could contact the cafe/restaurant/hotel they might give you the recipe.
