Uncredited Next returns

I bought some items from Next directory and ,as advised by the person I spoke to, I ordered two items in different sizes. I then sent back the size that didn't fit and kept the ones that did. Next have only credited one item and more than 28 days have passed since I returned them. All the items were in the same bag and I only have one receipt label that the courier gave me. Should he have given me one for each item? What can I do now?

I would phone them straight away if I was you. Explain what you have said here. I doubt they will argue with you as they wouldn't want to lose a customer.

Also, as you have kept some items it doesn't look like you are trying-it-on so they will probably just credit you the second item too.

Hi, I was a courrier for Next and you are only allowed to give out 1 sticker per bag. If these items were in the bag that you ahve a sticker for, there shouldn't be a problem.... Good Luck!!

Thanks, I'll give them a ring. I think I was worried that they might think i was trying it on, but why would i keep one item in two different sizes?
