Know What I Really Dislike?

When I find that on the morning of my fortnightly bin collection some dog walker has, after the bin's been emptied, dropped their horrid poo bag in it.
Two weeks it'll have to sit there.....
Do dog owners have to dispose of it quickly rather than carry it home to their own bin?

Is your bin anything like this? If so, could you get a handyman to construct a giant jack in the box with a taped message that would spring up and shout: 'Take it with you, ya dirty***** r.', at the phantom poo poster? http:// www. obal- centrum. com/ waste_ containers/ plast_ 120lt_ menu. jpg

I guess I'm lucky, I don't hear of anyone around here (where I live) complaining about dog poo.
Mind you, we have specific bins for dog poo all over the village, the council sure have got it covered (they'd have to though, as you're not allowed to put it in your household bin.....or anyone else's, for that matter).

Ah just two weeks then. Around here they seem to simply remove the black bag and leave any loose stuff dumped by some irritating member of the public again and again and again and a....
One ends up having to pick it out and put in in the black bag.
I think signs would probably act as "a red rag to a bull". Otherwise I'd have put them on all my gates explaining to all those whose parents failed to teach them, what a gate is and how it is used. Apparently they are all so thick here they think it is for opening and leaving open only. Mind you if they can't cotton on to the fact that a pavement is not a cycle track, I don't think I have a hope in hell they'll work out what a gate is for.
