It doesn't help that he moults and grooms a lot, so there's a furball somewhere or other nearly every day.
There was just a hell of a racket downstairs, I went down to find No. 1 Son in the litter tray trying to have a poo, with Rover leering at him from the sidelines. At least he stayed in the tray until he'd finished.
It's like a public loo in our house at the moment, don't come here unless you are a cat person, all we need is Black Spot to come in with a can of White Lightning :-(

Frankie, as you can see from his picture, is short haired. If he sick it is because he was speed eating his food.
Princess Stupid is long haired. She isn't too bad when it comes to barfing hair balls but her winter coat is growing in and she is going to start grooming as a full-time job to keep her looking pretty.
I filled two cardboard boxes with old towels etc and put them out in my little office so they can snooze away. They have spent most of today fighting over possession of one box - the other lying empty.
Delightful siblings!

I did, wolf, I enjoyed them. I don't think they taught me anything I didn't already know, after millions of years of cat-herding, but some of the things were obviously a surprise to the owner. I felt sorry for that cat in Brighton who was scared in her own back garden because it was other cats' territory.
The woman who had a cat who was scared because a neighbours cat was coming into the house. The invaders family were certain that their cat would never do such a thing as he was on a special diet! They are devious little fur balls.
I was concerned that the farm cats had not all been neutered (de-nutted). They breed like rabbits - so said my old vet.
