Saorview & Rte

Don't know if this should be in technology, however...I'll ask away. We have a Triax combi Saorview set top box (in Ireland). In the last few days, whenever we switch to RTE for the news, several 'new' stations are added (though they aren't actually stations at all). This has the effect of shunting all the other, real, stations down the EPG, so we have to scroll down to find what we want to watch, instead of just being able to select stations by their number. The problem rights itself when we switch the box off at the mains. Anyone know why this has started to happen?
