Sci-fi thriller film title?

Watched a great in-flight film but don't know the title. The plot is based on a software technician who willingly works on a regular short contracts for a mega-corporate, each 'end-of-contract' payment includes a severe dose of brain washing.All is fine until things start to go wrong and he begins to recall previous periods in his life! I bought 'Cypher' thinking this was the film but it isn't.Help.

I think it sounds a bit like Paycheck, with ben affleck,
