Waiting Or Parcel From Usa

How long would a small parcel take from USA to UK? I have been told it was posted 1st October. I paid with Paypal though not via Ebay. If it doesnt arrive when should I contact Paypal and am I likely to get money back? Package not from a private person, from a makeup company, something I cant buy here in UK, cost me £36. Thanks all.

They havent replied to my emails, though they were very helpful when I was asking about payment prices and postage ! ... of course ....

I find stuff from Amazon etc takes 1-2 weeks, so I don't think I'd be panicking just yet. But did they give you an estimated delivery date?

I have tried to track package but I have to Create an Account to do this, so I done it yet. Just gave me a date of posting. I suppose I will have to now create the account to track the package. Maybe I will give it to the end of the week ....

Which company is it being sent by? Some are better than others.

October 1st doesn't seem so long ago. Give it a few more days. I ordered something way back in August, it's been sent, but I'm still waiting.

Hi Daffy its overstock.drugstore.com. They want me to create an account e.g register on their own website to track the package and wont answer my emails.

I enquired about posting to UK and they gave me a price, I will sent an email to their MD. Rick Evenson if I can find his e-mail address .... No, its not the Drugstore website Henrietta. If worse happens, can I get a refund from Paypal?
