Went to open surgery this morning about my mouth and to get my pill prescription came out with a lot to think about, 4 prescriptions(just for Anne yes one is antibiotics for both my toes - again) and a BP monitor. Is it me or am I slowly falling apart?

I had blood pressure monitor for 24 hours once and it proved my pressure was ok. You are not falling apart Queen!
Just a bit of a bad spell, it'll pass Queenie.

Thank you Grasscarp and Tony :) my BP is apparently too high just now so will see what this week brings.
Maybe your BP was high because of White coat syndrome though, Queenie.

I'm usually alright when I go to the GP though Tony. It's just clinic that seems to impact. I had a dummy run earlier and it was still high :/

Jack I hope that all goes well for you on Thursday. I will be thinking of you and will cross my fingers.

Anne yes they are both infected. They were fine until I was at the podiatrist 2 weeks ago. I can barely put shoes on at the moment. But I'm back there in Friday so will see what lurks beneath this time. I'm on the pill because my monthly cycles were very very poor before not to mention unbareable. Now things are a lot better and even when I'm taken off it im normal. Plus my pms isn't as bad on the pill too. Being diabetic they like to make sure everything is running smoothly. It was 149/71 this morning and it was 189/something last week. Normally mine runs lower than this but will see what the home monitoring says. I've got Angular Cheilitis so got cream for that.

Thank you Mamya I'm crossing everything
do you feel unwell queenie, do you think it's after visiting the podiatrist you get the infection in your toes ? ( the ' pill' thing was a joke) I hope you know :)
Question Author
I feel fine if I'm honest Anne. I feel that whenever I see that particular podiatrist I get an infection. It could be nothing but its just how it seems. I understand that it's a joke but I'm a smidgen on the slow side so I'm not sure I get it but it's ok :) x
My BP is always fine when monitored by the Practice Nurse but goes up when taken by my doctor. He annoys me.
