is there an option to fit picture to frame (or some words like that) available?
Have you tried fit to page option or reduce size to say 75%
What browser are you using?

Do you have the option to save the page as a pdf?

Why not do a print screen and then paste that into Word or any other word processing programme?

where would i find that as when i left click tp print there s not many options on print preview to alter
If it's a pdf file that's been opened within a web browser you don't use the 'Print' option from the 'File' menu. Instead you need to look for a 'Print' option within the page that's displayed. Depending upon the browser you're using (and its pdf viewer plug-in) that might be at the top of the page or possibly accessed by placing your cursor within the page to see if a 'print' option is displayed.

how do you do a print screen ?
As it's almost certainly a PDF file, and you've now told us that you're using Chrome, you need to use the 'Print' button at the lower right of your window, NOT the browser's normal 'Print' option:
