Anyone been diagnosed with this. I dont go to bed late 10pm ish, sometimes wake up early hours toss and turn eventually go back to sleep, up at 6am for work on a building site, normally awake at 6am weekends, but I always feel like I have not had a good nights sleep.

It seems to be a problem with shift workers who have fat necks ( size 18 or above collar ). This is not always the case, however, erratic sleep pattern caused by air not getting through prevents normal oxygen levels which mean that you do not sleep deep or long enough . I would suggest that a visit to your doctor and a referral to a sleep clinic. You may have to give up driving until it is sorted, good luck. Mr Cupid.

I think you are not getting enough sleep at night and that's why you don't feel fresh and energetic througout the day.If you have been diagnosed with sleep apna, i would suggest you to start using a cpap machine before things get worse. Usually people need a surgery if ther at the last stage of sleep apnea and for your age, i think surgery should be the last resort for you.
