Familiarity breeds contempt.

For instance on holiday you find a really nice place to eat breakfast or dinner or a bar at night. When you first go they really look after you. After a couple of days the looking after is not so good.
The reason I bring this up is Mics care. In the beginning good, they couldn't do enough. Now always very late, Talk instead of doing what they came for. I am now looking for a new company who will do as promised. I do realise they can't always be on time as things do come up, but every visit every day, I don't think so.

Jeza what happened about the charge of five pound for posting that letter. ?

I complained with no reason from them. When I paid the bill I knocked it off. Funnily enough I had a shopping list on the table yesterday. One of the carers asked if she could get it for me. Not bloody likely I said, if it's £5 to post a letter it will cost an arm and a leg to go to the supermarket.

I was gobsmacked when I read about that five pound charge. Good god Jeza you would have had to get a bank loan out if they had got your shopping lol lol

you're right there, jez. When you've used the same taxi firm for a while, they mess you around something terrible. You know darn well they're re-routing your cab to other calls because you'll put up with waiting. (or so they think)

Yes have a change if you can, they don't deserve the business if they can't be on time more often than not.
