I have put a hair dye on my hair yesterday (L'Oreal Belle Colour permenant Medium Blonde) and the colour is a little dark for my liking, how soon could I apply another colour or have some lighter streaks put in to lift it a little? My hair is in reasonable condition overall (at present!)

My colourist friend told me that Head and Shoulders shampoo is good to use to reduce hair dye colour on hair... I have never tried it though.
I was always told that using an anti dandruff shampoo would reduce the colour. Head and shoulders or something like that
do not redye, it will fall out, if not leave it weak and damaged, the best thing to do is buy a prelightner, from superdrugs, boots or most chemists, if you cant find it ask, its with the hair dyes, this removes a previous colour, so you can re dye it
washing hair in seawater helps to lighten it, do it a few times
