When you buy something like a frozen lasagne. It can go from freezer to oven. Can you buy these dishes? I've googled but can't find. The ones you get your chinese in can't go in the oven. The foil ones can't go in the microwave. Any ideas please. The ones I have are not card but feel like plastic and are dark brown.

No, they won't go in the oven, but it should be easy to transfer from the plastic dish to an ovenproof dish.
