Need Minor Amends To Our Business T&cs – Any Pointers?
Hello All,
We run an interior design company. We have used the same T&Cs (Terms and Conditions) as a standard contract for a while.
We are now getting much bigger projects, and I feel it is time to beef up the part of our T&Cs dealing with third parties (builders decorators, etc...) to define and limit the extent of our liability.
We therefore need a lawyer to amend this part of out T&Cs.
Question is, how to do this economically?
Would you go via an online lawyers company (and is there one you would recommend)? Or via a law practice? (and same question, do you know one where partners would not charge you £50 to say "Hello").
Thank you.
