My oh used to work in a Video rental place (20 years ago) and had a little gang of fans that used to follow him around and bat their eyelashes at him, they were very plain looking chav teens (14/15) and they annoyed the hell out of him. I thought it was really funny.

Now i'm 46 and he as 47 nobody tries it on with either of us ;)

2sp know what you mean about the 'fans'. Years ago when OH and I were 'courting' (now there's a phrase ) he would frequently get notes pushed through his door from females. It didn't help that he was rich and gorgeous lol! Your OH reminds me of James Blunt....OHG is it James Blunt !

In terms of physical attraction, the present Mrs Hughes wins hands down.

We were out for tea last night, and wathing her eat made me think that she hasn't changed fundamentally from when we met - apart from a certain (ahem!) broadening out caused by a third baby, hysterectomy, and appraching sixty.

I remain the love child of Loyd Grossman and Paul McKenna, although if pontification about almost anything floats boat, then I am your man!!!

I was, 8 years or so ago. But I am on a downward decline. Whereas I think he just gets better as he gets older.

I have given him life, colour and style. He's given me wrinkles and indigestion. But happiness. That's worth a few wrinkles...
