She has apparently had surgery, but she looks like a different person.

The only thing that makes me think the new photo is of her is that the lips have the same shape. Otherwise, it could be a totally different person. I'm not questioning her desire to have surgery, and she still looks fantastic, but what is going on here? Is it an unknown sister, or a hoax?

In the 1998 photo, her cheeks are above nostril level.
In the 2014 photo, her cheeks are below nostril level

Changes around the eyes too, as discussed.

It just goes to show that facial features only need to differ by millimetres, relative to one another to make one person distinguishable from another.
