This looks complicated but it seems that ASDA are paying women less than men for essentially the same work. Walmart in America has had this reputation of discriminating against women for years and it appears to be doing the same over here. Walmart is the worlds biggest retailer and has the money to fight this all the way.
What a pity that here in the 21st century, women still have to fight for the most basic of employment rights.
