I think this was a system devised by students from M.I.T in the USA for working the stock market. It worked very well by all accounts.

Anyone know how it works? And prepared to tell us!

Thanks

Try going into Jeeves and ask What is Black Shoales. Gives info there but a bit complicated.

For chrissakes, if it worked we would all be doing it.

If you wanna get rich, you have to be like the rest of us and go out and get a job. Lots of us with jobs are not rich but we are on the whole richer than the jobless....or inherit it or marry it.

True Peter. How many times do you read about rich people having one bad life. But sometimes its nice to dream!!!

I've made a few quid card counting so it's not strictly true that you have to have a job to be rich but I have other business's so it's not my main source of income but maths is at your disposal to help you earn and the MIT lot have come up with quite a few good ideas, depends on whether you want to slave away forever hoping to make manager one day or speculate a bit further....lol, just don't stick all your life savings into anything.

Well I have a job thanks, and it's well paid. I am just interested in equities & making money without having to work 60 hour weeks (self employed you see).

If I remember correctly it works very well indeed for a cycle, but then it starts to have flaws. The idea is to get out before that happens. I am just interested in making money with minimum effort.
