Is it easy to replace the fuse for the cigarette lighter in my 'V' 1999 reg Astra?

yes it should be quite straightforward enough,go to the fuse box,it should tell you on the cover somewhere what fuses are what,pull it out and replace it.make sure its the same fuse you put back.

should be fuse 36 which also runs heated seats.
