I had a strange dream last night it was Victorian times and I felt so comfortable with the time sad I woke up such a lovely dream.

I feel extremely lucky to be around in this era. Life might have good for the rich in Victorian times, but for the poor it was horrendous. I'm not poor, now thankfully, but I might have ended up in the workhouse.

I love the period after the Romans went home to about 1485, and I LARP across those periods and have whale/wail/wale ;-) of a time but I'd still rather live now with antibiotics etc. Playing at it is fun, dying in childbirth or of plague probably less so.
