Another question is how much are these beautiful pallasites worth and if peridot can be found in them then could emeralds diamonds and rubies too?

It depends on who you tell ;-)
I suspect this is a legal question rather than a science one.
A meteor cannot fall into your garden as they typically occur in the mesosphere at altitudes between 76 to 100 km (47 to 62 mi).
Meteorites belong to whoever finds them. I used to have some that were found in the empty quarter of Saudi Arabia when I worked there.
No chance of diamonds/emeralds / rubies in meteorites though.
