I've heard quite good things about these tablets, like they are good for improving concentration & memory. Looking it up on the web, it seems to be recommended mostly for older people to improve their memory. As I am only 21, should I take these? I have uni exams in a few weeks and thought these may help?

I'm 23 and I take them combined with Ginseng. Don't know of any reason why you shouldn't take them at our age.

ITS GREAT FOR YOU.. I just took one .. But I dont have time to tell you why its so good.. so Ill come back on later and send you to a great health website ok ... BUT TAKE IT FOR SURE... and the GinSeng is great also oh and so is bee polen and B6 with B12// oh geeze dont get me started ok gota run
