Pulled Meat

I do slow cooked chicken in coke which is then 'pulled', my lot love it.

Pulled pork is the latest fad. It is in every restaurant. It is even lately in First Class on aeroplanes. It`s following on from peas with everything (salad, pasta etc), risotto and fish cakes before that. In two years` time, there will be something else to replace it on menus and everyone will have forgotten all about it.

Texture wise I like it just fine. However, based on the last time I bought some, at a festival, from a stall, it doesn't guarantee taste.
