incredimail

i started usimg incredimail yesterday . i have just run an a-squared malware scan & found 388 trace.files . i presume this is spyware which given the promise of no spyware seems a touch mis-leading or am i reading something wrong ?

I have the paid for a squared and the free versions of avg, ewido, lavasoft adaware, spybot and spywareblaster.
I regularly run free trials of other software - nothing alarming has been found. Certainly nothing to do with incredimail.
I know a lot of people don't like incredimail - but I do!
