I don't think the 'victims' should have any say in the make-up of the Enquiry. After all, it would be outrageous if the 'perpetrators' were given one. I don't like the idea of an anti-establishment Chairperson either, not least because this will be a precursor for another tranche of compo claims against the government. (or us, as I like to think of it).

Just heard on the 12:00 news that Mrs May is going to meet with victims groups, before she appoints a third Chair.

A sentence with cart, before and horse is coming to mind here. A complete fiasco...you couldn't make it up if you tried.
