My phone above just suddenly turned off, had about half battery life and despite leaving on charge for a while, will not turn on or respond. Has not been dropped.
Usually if battery is dead, and you try and turn on, the little notification light will flash 3 times in red to let you know battery is dead but not even getting that this time...
Anyone know how to reset?..if thats possible?

Have you tried to hold the ON/OFF button + volume up(+) for about 5-10 seconds to see if your phone reacts? Do this when your phone is not connected to any kind of power source.

Ahh thankyoU! Thats done something, it vibrated a few times (like when a text arrives) and nothing but second attempt its on! :-)
Do you know why it froze? Would i have lost anything?
