No, I've had one too. It's all square and above board, and he doesn't have to do anything. It can be activated the next time he puts up an item for sale.

forward the email to '[email protected]' they will email you back to say if it is spam or genuine.

He has just gone onto his eBay account and it is showing on the actual eBay site so all is ok. Thank you.

Very worrying boxtops, we really should not have to query any emails we receive as to are they genuine.
