Printing Problem

I have a MAC computer which has suddenly stopped printing from the E mail IN box to my Kodak hero 7.1 printer. When I try to print it only prints From.Subject.Date.To. The rest is blank.

The computer prints perfectly E mail. Trash. And Junk. And the printer copies documents from scanner ok.

Any help to resolve this problem would be appreciated.

You need to open the email first then use the printer icon top right in the email
