Left Sided Abdominal Pain

Hi there for the last couple of days I have had spasmodic left sided abdominal pain very sharp colicy pain and going to the bathroom frequent small movements but the pain is flipping awful. I am not sure if it is diverticulitis or IBS or something worse I am not off my food and I am passing tremendous amounts of wind

Your differential diagnosis seems to be very accurate and I agree totally.
For the pain take Buscopan which you can get from the chemist and monitor the situation over the next 3-4 days.
