Emails Not Printing Properly
7 Answers
Why don't received emails in Outlook/Hotmail print correctly. They seem to miss about 15% down the right hand side of the page when printing. I have looked at printing properties and am now stuck. Any suggestions please?

I ordered something on line and they emailed me with order number etc and collection date etc. That is my receipt and I need to print it out to keep with the guarantee but it is missing information down the right hand side. I tried to copy and paste it to a word document but that was not successful either. Do Tesco do this on purpose?
What Printer are you using ? Are you trying to print from a Laptop, Tablet or whatever ? What Operating System is involved....Windows Vista, W7, W8 or W8.1 ?
The more information which you give, the better the chance of someone in AB having an answer. Perhaps your printing programme has a 'Print Page to Fit' function which can be activated.

At home I printed to a HP printer (new this year) from the laptop (12 mths old) and at work I printed to Konica heavy duty copier/printer, etc. from a desktop using Windows 7 I think. For some reason I cannot print from the internet to my desk top printer but I think that is to do with the company's settings.
Thank you Mark. I tried that at lunchtime but it didn't work either but just tried it again now (copied it to a word document after I had sent the whole email to my work email address) and that worked. Thank you but would still like to know why it prints badly from the Hotmail account. Sure it never used to do that before.
Thanks again from both of you for trying.
