Commedians Have You Been To See A New One

I have just been watching a video of Frankie Boyle and I was just thinking ,how many comedians have you seen who are the Cutting Edge of comedy ,
I am not talking about the usual safe comedy,I mean comedians who are not afraid to say what they mean.

You're likely to see cutting edge comedians if you go somewhere like The Comedy Store.

I've been a few times. Jimmy Carr was hilarious....

If "not afraid to say what they mean" is the same as "lots of swear-words", I'm not interested.
My only recent visit to a comedy evening was nauseating - so much muck and so many swear-words that I really wanted to leave. Can't people be funny without filth and profanity ?

Jimmy Carr is much more shocking in his stand-up than he is on TV, obviously. But for some reason doesn't really do it for me despite my liking the more shocking comedy.
