Looking forward to this. Diane Abbot & a UKIP MP are on it.
Wonder what the swivel-eyed loon will come out with.
Douglas Carswell should be interesting too.

"Of course Abbot was cheered." Oh you disappoint me. I thought you were going to say it was because they were in Newton Abbott ...

I too liked "gyroscopic in the ocular department" ichkeria, and may use it in the future, although I will try to remember to credit you !
I have mentioned a few times on AB that Farage has a problem with inventing a new modern Party almost overnight, and it must be like herding cats. But I will give him credit that he has made a herculean effort to rid his party of the gyroscopic in the ocular department variety, and he only has a few left now. His supporters however, he has no control over. Both Abbot and Grieve had experience of racists tweets and comments coming from UKIP, so its obvious that there is a problem.
I noticed that Dimbleby repeated my oft-asked question regarding an in/out referendum, in that only the Tory Party can bring one about, so what is the point in voting UKIP ? I noticed that Carswell side-stepped the question and waffled on regardless.
But as UKIP are a one-issue Party, its probably the most important question that they can be asked, and yet they can't answer it.

^good point. And people, including left-wingers, have despised her long before UKIP came to prominence. In fact it's laughable that she blames them for the groundswell of hatred she's spent her 'working' life cultivating. And its amazing that anyone would 'buy into' her clap-trap. Or pretend to for their own reasons.
Nige has a very clever modus operandi in that he lets his potential MPs spout rubbish and extreme views, sits back and watches the public reaction to them. If the general public like them, he adopts their views as a policy. If the views are condemned he distances himself by condemning them himself and even sacking the members. I don't really call that a Herculean task.
