Any ideas where I can get one of these on line? Have been looking round but haven't found anything suitable as need to be blank ie not Happy Birthday etc.

Why not make one yourself shouldn't be too hard to do if you have a computer and printer, there are plenty of Sooty images that you could use?

Have you tried amazon? They have quite an extensive range off all sorts of cards.

There are some on eBay, you can have them personalised or left blank.
