Just been out with the dogs and it seems to have blown away the cobwebs. I am still undecided about 9a Toy with painting around an image within another (5,3) I have t-a-n/ -e- Looks like "train set" but why? Also 18a Being contrary, here I stop declaration on handover (5,3,2). I have -h-r-/y-o/-o. Again it looks like "there you go" but why? Thank you in anticipation.

9a Train set - 'art' (painting, around) + 'inset' (image in another) 18a There you go (said when handing [something] over) & the opposite (contrary) of "Here I stop"
