Nottingham Forest v Leicester City League Cup match 28 August 2007 was abandoned at half time after Clive Clarke of Leicester had a heart attack in the dressing room during the break. Forest were 1-0 up at the time, and in the replay Paul Smith, Forest goalkeeper, received the ball direct from Forest's kick off and dribbled the ball right into the Leicester goal whilst the Leicester players stood still. An outstanding act of sportsmanship. See
