Children can and do break the law as do shopkeepers - if you have inside knowledge that companies are marketing to children specifically then you shroud blow the whistle.


I am talking of legal sales to the legal age group - 18-30 are also young people but now we are disputing numbers.

LoL.....as I said earlier, it's more to do with 'the habit' of smoking.....

there is some anecdotal stuff; young people who aren't smokers, vaping for a new, safe form of nicotine hit

I have always understood that these e-ciggies things were aimed at existing smokers. Of the few people I have spoken to who use them, 100% have been ex-smokers and were using then as a way help them quit cigarettes.
So I doubt that they are intended to be used by people who have never smoked before...seems counterintuitive to think otherwise.
