Yes, Natalie Cassidy confirmed earlier this week that she is going to be taking a break from the show.

I think both James and Natalie have made the right decision - they've both been in the soap for so long and that's all that they're associated with.

They're still young and I think it's the right time for them to branch out into different things. (Although, they will be missed)

I used to like the vicar, he had an affair with kathy I think it was, but they are putting little mo in the arms of yet another doctor! Why repeat the storyline like that?

Yeah sometimes the storylines do come round again, there is a gap of strong leading lady characters at the moment you have stacy the teen then it goes straight to peggy, pat, pauline and dot, they need someone like kat or sharon . I don't think the jane character is strong enough.

Of course he will be missed! Our Lovely James is the most gorgeous actor in the world. I was greatly upset when I heard the news last night. Mr Amazinglygorgeou is the main reason justifying my licence fee for the last 6 years.
He's made the character his own,I can still just about remember the old martin(s),but james is def the best!!
